Can I get a Refund?

Our Badass Business Babe Policy listed in Terms and Conditions does not allow for Refunds. You can read our full Terms and Conditions Here but here is the excerpt on refunds.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your Program, Product or Service is important to us. Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a no refund policy. Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Programs, Products, and Services, and no refunds will be provided to you at any time. By using and/or purchasing any of our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.

How do I cancel my VIP account?

To cancel your VIP membership please visit to log in to your teachable account. Click on your profile image in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click “manage subscriptions”, scroll to “VIP Badass Business Babes” and click cancel


Why am I not Getting the Emails?

Are you new to the Badass Business Babe community? Chances are you simply haven’t confirmed your email from us! Please check your junk mail, spam and “newsletter” folders in Gmail for your confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your emails you will begin receiving emails moving forward. Please check your spam folders and newsletter folders for your emails as well. If you find your emails in there please add to your safe email list.

I've unsubscribed, but how do I re-subscribe now?

Been with us for a while? If you have unsubscribed from emails in the past you will not recieve any emails moving forward. Please reach out to our team at to let them know that you would like to resubscribe. Please provide the email that you joined with in your email.

Where do I Login to My Course Portal?

-To login to access your course portal, go to and use the password you created when you signed up for Badass Business Babe (if you don’t remember your password click reset password)

Why is some of my content not available when I already purchased the course?

If you’ve purchased a course for example “six figure biz babe” in the past and your content is currently unavailable it is because we are getting ready to relaunch this program for the next class! Your content will begin rolling out every week for the next week. It’s like you get to take this course all over again! How beautiful! Please reach out to if you have any further questions!

How can I become a Badass Business Babe Affiliate?

Affiliates earn a commision of 20% for each person who enrolls with your code for a BBB program our course. You can enroll by creating your account here! 

How do I update my Payment information

To update your credit card information please visit ( ) to log in to your teachable account. Click on your profile image in the top right-hand corner of the screen, click “update credit card” button, update your information and click save.

How do I update my Email Address?

You can update the email associated with your teachable account by logging in here:  , clicking your profile image in the top right-hand corner, click “edit profile” and update there! Looking to update the email where you receive Laurens love notes? Contact us at! 


Can I pick a new day for my payment plan to come out?

If you signed up for a payment plan when you purchased your course content, please know that you cannot change the date of your charge. Payment plans are designed to come out once a month on the same business day as your original purchase. This is not something that can be changed. 



Where do I find my Bundled Content?

Joined a program and not sure where to find your bundled content? (Programs that were given as a bonus to the program you purchased?) 

Log in to your teachable account here:

Click on the program that you wish to access for example “Six Figure Biz Babe”. Any bundled content will be under the “bundled content” section on the left hand side of your teachable course!


I cannot access a video in teachable - what do I do?

Sometimes, this happens because it’s a full Moon. Try opening a new browser, hitting refresh or signing on via computer instead of your phone.

Do I have access to the content forever?

Yes you do! YAY!

How many times can I retake a program?

If you enrolled in any of our live programs – like Six Figure Biz Babe or the Coaching Mentorship, you have the opportunity to take the program LIVE Twice. You can of course go through your content of the program as many times as you want, but because there are LIVE calls associated with each of these programs, (and we know everyone has busy schedules) we allow you the opportunity to repeat your course LIVE Twice. Email our team and we will be happy to help you re-enroll for a second time. (Check out sales pages for the dates)

Can I be on the podcast? Will Lauren be on my podcast?
